Roda Golf Course is situated on the Costa Calida and is near to a spa, beach and local towns .The Championship 18 hole, par 72, 6177m, white, with its stunning Club House was designed by the prestigious European Course Designer, Dave Thomas. Roda Golf is no pushover it is a challenge to all golfers and takes accuracy, skill and a degree of bravery to complete the 18 holes. The course has lush fairways, lakes, water hazards, undulating and elevated greens, deep rough in places, strategically placed pot and large, wide bunkers but is a joy to play.
The course itself has been designed across a flat terrain using the natural beauty, cleverly transforming and adapting different environments to blend with the Mediterranean landscape and vegetation. Tree defined fairways with the interesting and undulating terrain provides a challenging test for your game of golf. The 1st Hole, par 5, requires you to have a positive attitude, your opening drive needs to be accurate if you are going to take on the bunker on the corner or play safe by going left, your second shot decision is important.

Designed by the highly respected Spanish European Seniors Tour Golfer, Manuel Piñero, La Serena sits beside the Mar Menor approximately 5 minutes from the San Javier airport at Murcia. La Serena is an 18 hole, par 72, 6168m traditionally styled course with Mediterranean features and is not too long but don't be fooled by that. With the typical Levante winds blowing and a massive amount of water hazards on 16 of the 18 holes, this course will test you for precise golf shots and skill using most, if not all, of the clubs in your bag. Accuracy from the tee is essential as a loose shot will be punished by the course that has scores of strategically placed bunkers, desert areas and water all the way to the green. There is a good birdie chance on the par 5, 7th hole if you manage to place your tee shot between the bunkers on both sides of the fairway giving the player a chance to hit the green in 2 and a shot at birdie. The difficult par 4, 8th hole - usually playing into the wind and hopefully avoiding the large lake that protects the green to the right. The par 4, 14th another difficult hole with water stretching all the way to the green together with several bunkers and Out of Bounds to the left.

La Serena has a large Club House over two floors. On the First Floor you will find the restaurant with its A la Carte Menu, bar & cafeteria, open terraces with views overlooking the course and Mar Menor. Ground floor houses the changing rooms, storage areas, caddy master and pro shop where you can arrange for lessons at the golf academy or the rental of a buggy or electric trolley. Externally there is a driving range with an approach area and putting green.
Club de Golf Altorreal is located 10km from Murcia and is a semi-private 18 hole, par 72, 6220m (white), championship course that was designed by Dave Thomas and opened in 1994. Altorreal Golf Course is beautiful with superb mountain views and a great variety of trees including olives, carobs and pines. Altorreal is a combination of flat and hilly holes, lovely fairways, some dog legs, and numerous bunkers that protect super greens. Clever use of water features means golfers must plan their strategy carefully especially on the 9th and 18th holes.

Hacienda Del Álamo Golf Resort is situated within a wonderful oasis of lush grass. Designed, painstakingly, by Dave Thomas this 18 hole, par 72, 6724m (white) course is set in no less than 92 hectacres, it is wide, with long holes, spacious with many lakes. The course is long, reasonalby flat but, you may want to hire a buggy if not used to walking a long course. Hacienda Del Álamo has it all, beautifully manicured wide fairways, excellent undulating greens, some elevated, 84 bunkers, dog legs, streams, waterfalls and 8 lakes. The course has stunning views over the mountains and surrounding countryside and is lined with palm, olive and almond trees. The landing areas are generous and players are unlikely to get into real trouble off the tee. There are several holes where water comes into play especially on the third, tenth and twelfth with intimidating lakes which have to be negotiated. Hacienda Del Álamo will suit and entertain all levels of golfers.

Hacienda Del Álamo has the most wonderful Club House that emits luxury and state of the art facilities you would expect from a 5 star resort which will ensure that you relax after your challenging round of golf. The Club House has two floors of absolute quality, terrace with wonderful views, restaurant, spikes bar, large changing rooms and a pro shop with all the top brand names and equipment. The Golf Academy and practice facilities are top notch; 36 practice bays on two levels, 2 practice greens with bunkers and a 6 hold Academy course which includes 3 par 3's and 3 par 4's. There is a children's play area, football/rugby pitch, tennis course, padel courts, bowling green, lawn bowling green and a multi sports court.
United Golf Resorts La Tercia is a relatively new course federated in 2008. Designed by Pepe Gancedo this 18 hole (9 x 2), par 72, 6084m (white) winds it way through a valley and was designed to blend into the countryside, disturbing the land as little as possible. With excellent views the course is mainly flat and was built for pleasure and enjoyment. Lovely wide fairways, lots of bunkers that protect the greens that are can be large and undulating and water. The course is set in an arid area so the floral is mainly local, palm trees and scrub type areas.
La Tercia is a relatively new club but has excellent facilities due to being part of United Golf Resorts. It has a Club House which overlooks the valley in which the course is set, a unique "aqua" driving range, chipping green, tennis courts, bowling green, volley ball, 5-a-side football area and numerous pools. The Restaurant within the Club House serves food, drinks and snacks. Lessons are available from the on-site Professionals.
Situated next to the Intercontinental 5 Star Hotel, this lovely 18 hole course was designed by Dave Thomas and is a par 72, 6153m (white) golf course that is reasonably flat. Although a lot of houses are within this area, the course does have a wide, open feel to it with long, lovely open fairways, some quite undulating, with palm trees and scrub type flora. The course is lush within a dry area and Dave Thomas has used this to give the impression of an oasis within the desert in some areas. One tee box is situated on a round disc of grass, completely surrounded by the scrub and sand like ground. An impressive drive is required here. Some of the bunkers are large and unforgiving and there are large water hazards. Good test for everyone.

Peraleja Golf Course is a gently undulating course - lovely long wide fairways with well placed bunkers, dog legs and a creek connecting the four lakes. It has been beautifully designed to make the most of the rugged landscape and while it is a challenging course with some difficult greens and strategically placed hazards it will delight golfers of every level making your round of golf a unique and enjoyable experience. A great deal of thought and care has gone into the design, the course is in total harmony with the surrounding countryside and nature, plants have been used that require less water and there is a modern system giving good drainage. Saurines De La Torre is a Jack Nicklaus Design, 18 hole, par 72, 6473m (white) golf course with undulating fairways and limited bunkers. There is a great 6 hectacre lake which plays a strategic role on holes 9 & 18 leaving the golfers with an exciting final hole. While being promoted as a desert style course by the designer, it actually gives a "links" feel with many of the holes snaking between "dunes" with rolling fairways and undulating greens. For long hitters, the par 5 holes are certainloy reachable in two being under 480m. The par 3, 6th hole, is a reasonably short with your shot being played over water to a narrow green. Jack Nicklaus has created a course with features very similar to his most famous designs in Las Vegas.
