Course Details

La Manga Golf one of Europe’s leading Golf Resorts situated within the Murcia Region of Spain. Three superb Championship Courses that host International and National Tournaments. South Course originally designed by Robert D Putman and remodelled in 1992 by Arnold Palmer is an 18 hole, par 73, 6499m (white) course centred within the valley, majestic palms fringe the wide sloping fairways, strategically placed large lake-like water hazards around 15 of the 18 holes and vast beach like bunkers. North Course also designed by Robert D Putman is an 18 hole, par 71, 5762m (white) undulating, championship course sprawling between the palm trees, lakes and barrancas – natural storm gullies that feature on all the courses. Slightly shorter than the south course, the west course has tighter fairways and large greens that have a huge amount of movement with different levels to test even the best of putters. West Course, designer Dave Thomas, is an 18 hole, par 72, 5971m (white) course set amid pine woodlands and follows the natural undulating land, this is a good alternative to the other, more classic championship courses. There are huge changes in elevation with a tight front 9 which needs accuracy while the back 9 is amongst the hills, more open but still challenging with fabulous views, undulating fairways, blind shots and gullies. A full test for any golfer.
