Course Info

Saurines de la Torre Golf (formerly known as Terrazas de la Torre Golf) is located between Balsicas and Roldán and is one of the six Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses in the region of Murcia. Compared to the nearby La Torre Golf Resort, Saurines de la Torre is a much quieter resort with less facilities but the course is a decent test for any golfer.
The design of the Saurines Golf course has great similarities to the desert courses of Las Vegas and Arizona, also designed by Jack Nicklaus, but with a philosophy of linked holes. It is characterized by undulating fairways between sand dunes and greens with impressive moldings, few bunkers and a large central lake.
The greens in Saurines are some of the best in the area, many of them are uphill from the fairway that adds a touch of difficulty at the time of approach. Facilities

The practice facilities at Saurines de la Torre include a putting and chipping green and a practice warm-up net. There is a temporary clubhouse as the resort was never quite finished before the economic downturn but there is a well equipped bar and restaurant which is similar to those found at the other Jack Nicklaus Resorts. All green fees at Saurines de la Torre are confirmed via the pro-shop, where buggy, electric trolley and club rental is available.
